Iran launching missiles towards ISIS positions

Nobody seems to care simply because the missiles are Iranian and not tipped with nukes.

Yemen has fired far more ballistic missiles than Iran has.

Even Afghanistan had 2,000 SCUD-B ballistic missiles in the late 1980s, fired them all over, 17 of which landed in Pakistan, WW3 did not break out.

Iran is just digging its own grave. The enemy is deliberately provoking, watching and learning to see what are Iran's limits.

Interesting retaliation that was due... hearing news it hit near US naval base and may result in Navy Seals casualties.

What are you talking about?

It hit near the border regions of Iraq/Syria. How can there be a naval base there when there is no large body of water there?

The Iranian strike in the MERV was confirmed Monday by Cmdr. Sean Robertson, a Pentagon spokesman, in an email to Military Times, who called it “reckless” and “escalatory.”

The launch of missiles and drone bombers was targeting militants Tehran blames for the recent attack on a military parade in Ahvaz, Iran, according to news reports.

The strike was a threat to coalition and Syrian forces operating in the area, Robertson said.

“While no Coalition forces were harmed, we are still assessing the strike and given the complex nature of the battlespace, such strikes potentially jeopardize the forces who are actively fighting ISIS in Syria,” Robertson told Military Times. “Firing any missiles through uncoordinated airspace is a threat to civil and military aviation.”

Abu Kamal syria has a US military base where Naval Seals of US marines camped. It is not compulsory where water is US Naval Seal Commandoes live. Correction I meant Naval Seals stationed in US Military base not actual Naval Base.
