ASEAN is useless.
Just as useless as it's members states.
If Middle East wants to be peaceful and developed, dont mess up with other country problem. It is why ASEAN as a peaceful region has NON-INTERFERENCE principle since the start.
EU public debates saying Saudi Arabia commited genocide in yemen - This is ridiculous and laughable
Just listen to this debate and the people taking part of this are freaking ludicrous. just look at these buffoons coming out in a time of terrorist elements in Yemen but these criminals all of sudden think they care. They are absolutely detached from the reality. It is moves like this that...defence.pk
Why do you contradict yourself now?

You caught him red handed there
LOL what I said interference is the level happening in Middle East where troops are sent to other country land or funding and training other country rebels.
Actually Indonesia did the same to Malaysia/Singapore and East Timor in the past, but we have already reversed our old policy. It only brought misery and deaths.

It won't happen, Philipines, Cambodia, and Vietnam already said its their internal matter. That leaves, Thailand, Laos, and Singapore. Thailand and Laos are military government, why do they care? That leaves Singapore, Singapore unlikely to get involve as they are the financial capital of ASEAN, they have to be neutral, unless their investment are jeopardize in Myanmar, I don't see Singapore risking ties with Myanmar. Unless there is a humanitarian issue, not a political issue.
It wouldn't take much time to turn into a humanitarian crisis, there are already reports of the Junta shooting at civilian protests.
Although I get what you are saying, ASEAN doesn't have the capability to interfere. The only players here are China and the US, with Bangladesh probably acting as a buffer.
ASEAN has the capability to interfere in all shapes of way but I don't think there is any politcal will to do so but I think their goal here is to keep the ball rolling and want things to remain as pre-coup. All the trade ties and deals etc etc
Better stick with Westphalian spirit than be busybody. The guy who shouted intervention and really intervene most with other states, killed and raped the most Muslims.

Malaysia should get an aircraft carrier and sail up close to Yangon.
Anyway Malaysia is a terror sponsor of ASEAN and she has already given spiritual and material support to Islamic hooligan of Myanmar. She flooded herself with Rohingya.
Then these 2 islamic clowns both claim to be discriminated by the other party. They started cursing one another.
