No details on the su-30MKI but both pilots are safe

?? You expect an end user to purposefully loose million dollar equipment's? You do understand they are not drones, yes? IAF is one of the heavy trainers on the planet, equipment fatigue will happen.

looks like only the blades were damaged , we can find the faults and service it later

Since January 2012 till today there have 27 crashes of IAF fighter jets whereas PAF has seen 20 fighter jet crashes i.e. a ratio of 1.35:1.
Now taking into consideration the fact the IAF is 1.8 to 2.0x the size of PAF, PAFs crash rate is significantly worse than IAF's.

In helicopter department too, January 2012 onwards Indian military saw 13 write offs & 5 damaged whereas Pakistan whose helo fleet despite being atleast 1.8x smaller saw 9 write offs & 5 damaged in same period i.e. a crash ratio of 1.44:1 which means in this department too, Pakistan crash rate is much worse.

really.
your MOD told your parliament that your losses in past 5 years is 50 jets lost to crashes. and here you go again.
june 2015: The IAF data on flight crash shows that there have been 50 IAF crashes in the past 60 months. in next 12 months you lost confirm 5 jets, 1 transport aircraft at sea.

pakistan airforce plane crashes 20. (last 5 years)
indian airforce crashes plane 55. (last 5 years)
1:2.7
indian airforce is just 1.9 times bigger than pakistan airforce.

in 2013:
According to figures released by the defence ministry (MoD) in parliament today, the Indian Air Force (IAF) loses the equivalent of one fighter squadron (16-18 fighters) in crashes every two years.
Over the last five financial years, including the current year that ends on March 31, a total of 50 IAF aircraft have crashed, including 37 fighters and 13 helicopters. Breaking this down year-wise, the MoD says 8 fighters and 2 helicopters crashed in 2008-09; 10 fighters and 2 helicopters crashed in 2009-10; 6 fighters and 6 helicopters crashed in 2010-11; 9 fighters and 1 helicopter crashed in 2011-12; and 4 fighters and 2 helicopters have crashed in the current year.(only airforce figures).

in 2014:(only since april)
More than 35 air force planes and helicopters have crashed during the last three years, at a time when the force is grappling with deteriorating force levels.
http://www.hindustantimes.com/india...ane-crashes/story-yiAlsObApvDjJhekTYaFxN.html

which shows how you lie and only give unauthentic figures which suits you. from 2011 to 2014 your crashes were 35 for airforce only. it is 50 jets from 2009 to march 2013.
it is 35 in 2012,2013 to 2014.the figure of so called 5 years you gave were already crossed in april 2014.

and in 2015 the famous su 30 crashes scandal came.
indian airforce lost 7 aircrafts in just 3 month. not including helicopter crashes.
june 2015: The IAF data on flight crash shows that there have been 50 IAF crashes in the past 60 months. Since January, two MiG-27, a Sukhoi-30 MKI, a MiG-21, a Mi-35 attack helicopter, a hawk advanced jet trainer have crashed.

http://www.news18.com/news/india/co...o-keep-air-accidents-under-check-1007786.html

so your jet crashes in 2012,2013,2014 and 2015 was 50.
From June 2010 onwards, besides the fighter jets, transport planes and even the sophisticated special operation plane, the C-130-J have crashed.

in 2016 many deadly accidents including 1 plane down at sea. few other planes down too.. and it donot include military transport planes which your pilots very skilfully crashed in 2014.

The Indian Air Force has recorded more than 1,100 crashes since 1970, mainly due to technical defect and maintenance faults. Since 2011-2012, the Indian Air Force has lost 15 helicopters and 35 aircrafts in crashes.(until 2015) only. and here you are giving me a number which contradict your own media figures.

india have lost more than 450 migs. Now after this number you can't say your safety record is better or near to PAF.
the best crash record by india was 2.2 in 10 000 aircraft in 2013. previous best was 3.5 per 10 000 hours in 2006-2007.

Pakistan crash rate per 10 000 hours is very much less than 1. Pakistan airforce in 2016 did 2 months along exercises with all airforce taking part in it. even during this exercise. they lost just 3 aircrafts in total along with a drone. only 3 planes lost this year. considering the number of hours flown during exercise. it's excellent safety record.
4 planes were lost during 2015. 5 during 2014.
considering the total strength of PAF and it's participation in war on terror. this record more than excellent considering crashes per 10000 hours.

on the other hand indian airforce is not fighting any war using airforce. it's crashes per 10000 hours are very high.

Pakistan helis are used in war. You can't compare the with helis of army in peace.

Wrong.
The 55 figure includes helicopters as well as fighters from 2010 onwards.

Here is the official data which confirms that between 2012-May 2015 only 20 fighters crashed.

http://pib.nic.in/newsite/PrintRelease.aspx?relid=123690

Also average PAF pilot flying hours are too low as PAF has excessive number of pilots for it's small fleet leaving PAF pilots with low experience.

Nice logic. Indian airforce lacks required officers.
So it means more experience.
PAF has always been a force with 2 pilots for a plane. That means we can use our plane more than a country who has human limitation. That's the main reason for our airforce success. About low PAF experience, ask your own peoplw who appreciates PAF pilot quality.

Better track record than Pakistan at least.. 6 front line fighters in the span of 15 years is very low.
Pakistan's aviation safety record is laughable.
and Pakistan lost only nine OLD front line fighters f-16 in last 45 years.
For you losing 6 NEW front line fighters in 15 years is excllent record against adversory which lost only 1 front line fighter during that time.
First crash:
Date:
18 December 1986
Aircraft: F-16/B Block-15U #81-1504
Details: Crashed in Sargodha while taking off due to wild-boar on runway and both pilots ejected safely.

Second Crash:

Eighth crash:
Date:
22 October 1994
Aircraft: F-16/A Block-15E #81-0899

Last crash:
Date:
17 July 2009
Aircraft: F-16/A Block-15AQ/OCU

The indians just love funny maths

They manage to destroy their front line jets, flip war ships, sink submarines whilst in dock and even blow up their largest armaments dump.
They dont question the shoddy training of their own forces but indulge in funny maths to accuse Pakistan

Really crash of 10 f16s in a span of 23 years a good example?Lets not grind about Mirages or F7s..
What about 14 crash in a year of 2012 alone?
And more than 14 crashes within 18 months?
What about 2 crashes within a week?

Remember we operate more than twice number of jets than yours...
during military exercises not during routine flying missions.

and it's 9 f 16s in 35+ years.

try your luck...
apart hatred and intention of trolling you go nothing..
that's what got your airforce kicked in 65. you haven't learned.

In fact most of your claims are always full of BS.
The IAF is merely a quantity force that has to tell lies even about an exercise.
Does the IAF even has the confidence to do this over the Capital even in a twin engine jet. LoL.

during military exercises not during routine flying missions.

Silly that you got offended to report my post...
Re bhai see the number of your jets in air force to ours...
Still in 2017 you operate 1/3 no of F16s compared to our MKIs..I am sure number wasn't higher in 1986 or 1989...Don't give idiotic logic...
