Explosion outside Indian consulate in Afghanistan

Jalalabad: A huge explosion has been heard outside the Indian consulate in Afghanistan's eastern city of Jalalabad.

Casualties are feared. However, reports say that staff at the consulate are safe.

The Afghan Taliban have reportedly claimed responsibility for the blast.
