Current state of PDF - Nostalgia of an Indian Member

That's a blanket shot. TT's can hardly defend any members. They don't have any authority over it. If there was Indian mods, then your argument of protecting Indian trolls holds true. I remember many of you accused waz a false flag Indian as he was assigned to Indian section for some time. LOL! Don't need to dig up old stuff, I'm glad I have a good memory of things.

I know most of those TTA's and Mods who got demoted, some like Kaptaan didn't deserve it considering the number of troll TTAs we have here now who go uncontrolled and do not bring a fraction of what he brings to here.

For defending, you don't need any authority..you can side with anyone and argue with Mods and if you're a title holder than you're a lot more capable of doing that. Still there are good Indian members and if Indians want to get more share, they should start contributing positively instead of trolling.

Like an author cannot earn his or her living for their entire life by writing one or two books, the same goes for TTA's. Furthermore, many started throwing racial slurs and thus the management noticed it and took action.

Well you guys don't need to be so worked up. Everybody is an adult here (hopefully) The question is wouldn't PDF become an echo chamber if the current direction continues? This would eventually lead to loss of interest in forum from even Pakistani posters as they would just be parroting each other with no new influx of ideas and opinions.

Stale forums soon become dead forums.

Ofcourse this is not counting the domestic section of PDF but considering it has defense in the monikerand and defense is usually focused externally it sure would be nice to have conflicting opinions @Oscar @Chhatrapati.

I have noticed even many american and European professionals ceasing or shortening their time in PDF. Even the chinese posters are not that active these days.

PDF is still much better than any comparable Indian forum.

The behavior of Pakistanis has changed.. yes.. I agree.. and Indian trolls have mainly contributed to it. Just like how they have ruined their own forum such as Bharat Rakshak, they tried hard to ruin this forum and have partially succeeded in that as well in my opinion.

I personally want more Indians to be on the forum who want to interact positively and learn but as I said majority of them comes here to troll.

These are blanket statements two or three incidents don't mean a pattern. If you want to see a pattern these days, go look at threads on science subjects from India. Who am I talking to.

This is not about writing a book, but having a meaningful discussion. Most TTA's here are not authors, they are simply best in their respective fields.

Each case is dealt on its own merits. There is no bias against Indians as far as the management team is considered.

Look at the new crop of idiots dominating the forum - only purpose is to take cheapshots. Trolling is fine but atleast try to be intelligent about it instead of taking the forum to gutter. Can't believe its I who am worried rather than you guys.

Those who are here at this forum much before 2014 have witness the change of attitudes of Indian posters after the formation of first Modi government, therefore I would ask not to blame the forum management or Pakistani members who remain much tolerant and ignore the baghat attitude of Indian hordes of troll and shangis till few more years

As in past I was given responsibility of moderating the forum therefore I can point many Indian members (both normal and TTs) who exhibited the sudden change of posting attitude in 2014 and onward .... this thing made negative impacted on the forum

PDF has had it's ups and downs, the quality might have gone down but there is still something about this place isn't there? Or else why would anyone bother lurking around? Mods are quite fair in my opinion and I personally enjoy Indian members posting here, hope we can get things better.

Systems always achieve the results they are designed to achieve. There is nothing to worry about here. The forum will be just fine according to the plans and wishes of the management, as is their right.

This is not an exception, this somehow happened to be majority here, the ones who won't even spare their own countrymen if they tried talking sense ........... I don't know how intolerance and extremist mindset of indian society can be ignored but well.
