A jtt is born when he approaches for critical thinking and analysis,works in systematic manner and deals with trolls sucessfully.
Remember, jtt has high moral and is ambit to sophisticated,mature attitude and deals youngsters with tenderness and supports them when help is needed.

My understanding is that think tanks selected by admin are those who are either related to army or obssessed with army, the selection criterea seems to be their knowledge on defence matters .If i am not wrong @Icarus, @Xeric and other thinks tanks are either in army or their family member is in the army.
The most valued and respected member can only be determined by polls, he/she may not be necessarily good in analytical skills.
