China is the most amazing country after the US. only if China could have more freedom for its citizens, it could become the next United States.

The problem with China is that its citizens have too much freedom。People can do and say literally anything they please bar "electing an id1ot or liar and an bunch of other dunderheads to positions of power.

The Chinese internet chatrooms and BBs are filled with guys expressing all sorts of views, some of which are extremely anti-governmental and against the current system. You will be fine as long as you don't propose to topple the current political set-up.

No country, the US included, would tolerate a group of people who advocate the abandonment or uprooting of the existing political and ideological structure. You need a revolution and spill pools of blood to achieve that.

Yeah thats a nice little plan, but USA will cripple it with its own economical colapse. China is holding billions of US bonds and will also dive into the recession with USA + EU.

USA and EU will overcome it, because their population is rich. China will not overcome it, because Chinese population has not enough savings.

China will be busy to feed their unemployed Workers. A possible solution could be heavily militarisation of China. Putting the millions of unemployed workers into army as soldiers.

To do this China must start wars instead of economical work. USA is counting on that to have an excuse to isolate China in the UN and intimidate it with its military. In this process USA will also save its economy and boost its arms industry, creating jobs.

China will be forced to attack its neighbors and USA is just waiting for it. They already created the military technology of the 21st century, RAILGUNS, DRONES, Airborne Lasers, Microwave weapons and what not.

China is heavily relying on Western markets and capital. There is no way China can avoid to chose a path.

a) Rising Wages in China, implementing better social system and healthcare. Cutting defence Budget. Increasing environmental ecology.

b) Cutting down liberties and wages. Rising defence budget. Starting aggression against Asian countries.

c) Watching how environmental disaster and civil unrest tear apart China.
