Pakistan has one major issue with India thats Kashmir. All other issues including Indian water terrorism, LeT, Jaish or so on all are linked up with this one core Issue Kashmir.

For you Kashmir is the major issue,as govt. of Pakistan has
raised this issue thousand times in the past...
but here for the govt. of India terrorism is the biggest issue not kashmir.You see terrorism linked up to kashmir,but here terrorism & kashmir are two separate things..

when these difference in perception will clear,then only friendship can exist..
