Arriving Kejriwal quit his last elected position (CM of Delhi) after barely a few weeks. This guy is all about the drama and theatrics. He's not prime ministerial material- what will he do if he doesn't get his way as PM (which will happen often)? He'll resign and throw governmental affairs into disarray? The sad thing is I had a lot of time for the AAP and Mr Kejriwal before he became the Delhi CM and then when he was elected as CM I thought this was going the be the start of something significant that he could bring about some real change. Then the loser throws in the towel after having achieved next to nothing.

As for Modi, I'm no fanboy of his but he has been cleared by the highest court in India (the Supreme Court) and I respect their ruling, they are a truly apolitical institution that do their job exceedingly well.


The US has already tried to open their arms to him- The US Ambassador to India Nancy Powell visited him earlier this year and in fact was dismissed from her position because apparently there was a perception she was too close to the Congress party. The US Administration is clearing the way to embrace Modi. The second he is PM of India I bet my house Obama will be amongst the first world leaders phoning him to congratulate him. Forget the visa ban see how quickly that issue fades away if he becomes PM.
