There are theories of Pashtuns (large amounts of people from Pakistan & Afghanistan, including Imran Khan, Malala, myself, and many others) are descendants of exiled lost tribes of Bani Israel.

Also interesting is that Netanyahu/Israel sees "Pakistan" along with Iran as their biggest threat now, people who could be very similar to them.

The Prophet has said that two groups in my ummah (group of my followers) shall be successful. One which fights in Hind (India) and the other that accompanies Hadhrat Isa (Jesus) when he comes back.

The group that conquers India could very well be Pakistan (with Afghanistan siding with Pakistan), so a large Pashtun group. This group then carries black flags to fight against Israel's dajjal army, perhaps? Just my own gathering.

But I think the most important thing to remember is that you can have Jewish ancestry and still be 100% Muslim. In fact Jews are invited to Islam and there were those that accepted it during the Prophets time. Jews and Muslims also have had many peaceful interactions throughout history so I wouldn’t be surprised if some accepted Islam later on

No it's a theory refuted years ago. Some Hebrew tribes might have assimilated into Pakhtuns because of family names and the presense of Haplogroup J.

But as far as genetics go, Pakhtuns are a Southeastern Iranic people and their language is Southeastern Iranic according to linguistics.

The ancestors of Pakhtuns probably arrived in modern KP during the near late Bronze Age. This is also around the same time era that the Trojan War took place on the Aegean coast, not that it is connected to the Aryan migrations of the Eurasian steppes.

Some tribes are but not all. A DNA study done as part of a cancer study suggested it. They had the same DNA markers as the Shephardic Jews. Specifically Yousafzais.

Haplogroup J1 & J2 of which the former is assigned to Smeitic peoples and the latter to Mediterranean peoples is not singificant in the Pakistan or Indus region.

Yes, all that study does is label and define Iranian people. It doesn't disapprove what the claim in the OP nor is it a valid source from you.
