Şu videodaki askeri fabrikayi bmc ye satmaya calisiyorlar. İzle, sonra "-de ayri" konusuna geliriz.
this factory will not be sold but transferred with very low amout of fee. And probably fee never announced to public.
This is akp corruption, normal.

The workers who made Fırtına and Poyraz in Sakarya factory that is being sold to BMC say "if given chance, we can make Altay too", dont sell the factory.

Workers are always resistant to any kind of chance and there will always be friction, no matter the company, what part of the world and no matter the change (whether it's restructuring or new ownership).

Workers at the factory are saying that they have made the Firtina howitzers and are capable of building the Altay, but their competence was never in question. Everyone knows they are competent and capable. The reason cited for privatizing the factory is because of this:

So in other words, the argument is that they want to see more efficiency out of the factory and want for the factory to expand, and wish the private sector to finance the expansion of the factory by creating new jobs and new manufacturing opportunities.

We know that Tank palet will be leased for 25 years. But the private company that will get the tender must operate it, but will also be responsible for expanding the factory (finance the expansion). This seems to have hints of the 'yap-islet-devret/build-operate-transfer' model.

The workers and leadership at Tank palet factory who are against this, have to come up with solid counter arguments, it would even help them in a major way if they would come up with a project and roadmap showing that they can achieve these goals themselves without having to have to privatize.

The ''privitization'' in Turkey has had a very bad impression recently, and adding how the BMC was sold and run the business cause serious objections from who thinks the future of the country, nation and the industry first.

In short, without any kind of risk and value creation, the only thing left is to collect the profit.

What concerns more is that Any kind of leak about the tank to third parties, namely intels of countries.

"increase efficiency" ??

This factory, altough it belongs to the Turkish Army, has been able to manufacture high tech military gears, weapons and proved itself with Fırtına howitzer.

On the other side,
49% of BMC belongs to Qatar Armed Forces
51% to Ethem sancak, another arap from Siirt.
Does not have any infrastructure to manufacture a tank such as Altay. So wants to buy tank-palet factory in order to be able to make Altay.

Do you think Qatar Army is better at factory management and more loyal to Turkey than TSK?

1. If BMC had no capability to make Altay, why it was given the tender?
2. If Altay could be manufactured in tank-palet factory, why not allow it to make so?

You said.... Milli ve yerli...?

. . .
Insallah, I hope what he says is true, but does it mean that TSK and TC will have absolute authority over it even if it's privatized, or does it mean that it will stay in the hands of TSK, but someone like BMC gets to "earn" knowhow through having their ppl work on the firtina etc. something along the lines of Master-Apprentice relation.

BMC is owned by Arabs??

When is the last time Turks will own something?? Whats with selling everything and not owning anything.

Dont be surprised if Corruption means selling your industries to Greeks, Armenians and Jews.

History repeats itself yet again. Something needs to be done about this corruption.

What makes the difference? Every Turkish business man is a 100% Turkish nationalist that will spend his profit on the Turkish economy or what? State only takes taxes and if BMC cant run it correctly according to plans / contract, than other actions will be taken.

calm down... you are going a path that is dangerous...

this is just an excample how you can twist that:

so with this logic turkey is not turkish.. and many times it was run by non turks..
this logic would mean kurds ruled turkey, laz ruled turkey or whatever and ottomans with foreigners as wifes than what would you say about that?

what do you say about trabzon region or other blacksea region.. what about adana and some other regions where you find ethnic arabs? all area not in our hands? whats about izmir where many many greeks and makedonians live (who now identify themselves as turks) ? whats about all the businesses there? where do you stop?

turkey is a nation with different ethnics.. as long as they identify themselves as a member of this nation speak our language and have our culture there is no problem.. if a company is on our soil its better for us than a turkish company wich has the production lines outside of the country
