would it not be better giving the command of serial production to several companies instead of a single one, for example let's say BMC would be responsible for 300 pieces, FNSS 300 and Otokar 400 this way time to produce 1000 tanks will be reduced to 3-4 years instead of 10.

Also add another different company to mass produce incase of export orders

The price in the offer of Otokar is dependent on the ''sub-components'' by 70%, and the sub-component producers are selected by the SSM.

Why to wait that long and pay that much for developments of Indigenious ''components'', if it is seen expensive in the end?!

It's not about price, they are doing it on purpose, it's a political decision. They want to give it to one of their dogs which is probably BMC. Erdoğan will probably get a few million from it too.
