1. You know the first mosque was built in India before they built one in Pakistan. It was built in Kerala in 630 AD and it still survives. FYI, Kerala was never ruled by Muslims .

There are several Hindu temples predating Islam that still exist in Pakistan, so what's your point?

Hinduism, Christianity, Islam are religions - they don't define race or 'blood'.

Like I said, there are plenty of existing threads on the subject of genetic or racial differences/similarities between Indians and Pakistanis.

I agree. A Pakistan forum is hardly the place to expect openness to Hindu rule of the subcontinent centuries before partition and the salvage of a Muslim state after a millennium of strife and ultimately futile endeavour.

I don't know if you were around back then, but there was a phase when a whole bunch of Indian posters on this forum had hopped on the trend that 'every faith in India was in fact Hinduism'. Their argument was something along the lines that 'Hinduism was a culture' and therefore every faith in India was technically 'Hindu'.

Forget predating Islam, you wont find a single temple in North India that is more than 400 years old and it's either not severely damaged or totally all destroyed by iconoclast Muslim raiders in medieval period.

Contrast that with Kerala, a state never ruled Muslims or Christian rulers, still Mosques and Churches more than thousand years old are persevered and protected by Hindu rulers in all these years.

In Iran they converted most fire temples to mosques.

In Iran they systematically defiled the holy fire. To the extent that Zoroastrians installed dummy unconsecrated fires openly which the Muslims (both the Arabs and neoconverts) would spit in.

And hide the main flames underground.

The same happened when we came to India and Aurangzeb attacked Gujarat.

The holy flame was spirited away into the forests of Vansda. Where it was hidden within the caves of Bahrot for 14 years.

While Parsis raised armies and put forward fortunes to join forces with Shivaji as his Gujarat campaign started

The GoP announced a plan to restore approximately 400 Hindu temples in Pakistan.

Most Hindu temples that are really old no longer have Hindu communities utilizing them so largely intact but not used for worship. The majority of the damage that did occur was in fact during or in the aftermath of partition.

With respect to the overall state of the Hindu temples, it's not significantly different from the state of other historical monuments (Hindu or Muslim) - our archaeology departments suck, though in recent years there has been a movement to protect them.

So no, I don't see the contrast you're trying to make here.

Neoconverts were the worst of them all, a Bengali Hindu back in the day assumed the name of Kala Pahar after embracing Islam.

Muslim dominance in then Assam was very brief in tenure and limited to the lower part of the state.

First thing this Kala Pahar made sure was to destroy our Kamakhya Temple, holiest site for us. Till it was rebuilt by the later Koch kings. The muslim places of worship built then stand to this day. Interestingly, there is a locality in our capital city by the name of Kala Pahar.

Kala Pahar was also responsible for the desecration of the Sun Temple of Konark.

If that happened in my state where the influence of Islam was minimal, one call well imagine the situation in North India- no classical Hindu architecture to speak of.
