What's new

Which vegetable's aroma you like most ?

. . . . . .
Slow cooking Vaal.

I don't know what's the Hindi or Urdu word for it.

Beans. Slightly bitter.

Mooli - that sounds right, thinking of using it as eco friendly grenade, throw it at people, they die from the smell!!

You should start eating it raw, ASAP. Do let us know the results in about 15days.

Thanks!

I can't eat raw .
I'm eating it after it's cooked with my biryaani , it's yummy .

Thats not the issue here.
The crux of the matter here being: Nobody eats garlic as a veg dish.
It is used as a condiment.
Nobody eats garlic on its own towards a meal.

Rest is khali wali.
Okayyy

Hello friends,
Please tell me which vegetable's aroma you like most ?
As for me , I like garlic's aroma . Whenever I get it I feel in heaven , my mouth is watery . I like onion's aroma too especially when you put it in oil and it turns brown and it's aroma makes you eat it . I did eat it many times by frying it in oil .
Tomatoe is my third favorite.
What about you ?
Aloo Ghobi while cooking, Mooli Palak while cooking (some people got offended since mooli really smells strong).
And in Pakistan if you tell your friends that you had Mooli wala paratha they would run away from you
When somebody f@rts really bad there is saying AJJ KI MOLLIYAAN ALAA PARATHA KHA K AYAAN EYYEN...
But I love Mooli wala Paratha.
