in my opinion, nukes guarantee you 100% protection from countries like usa attacking you for no reason. if countries like libya,iraq, or afghanistan had nukes then im pretty sure that there would be no war going on right now.

Why this comparison of army with religion, politics and religion should be kept as far away as possible.

It makes sense to know this cos most of the world have been in the past and will be fighting against them in the future, I think Turkey, Iran, Pakistan, KSA, Indonesia, Malaysia, Syria. In terms of the strongest Muslim countries their strength lies in the company/ friends they keep.

Turkey is aligned with the NATO/ US, Pakistan was with the US, now with China, KSA with the US, Iran & Syria with Russia. Military strength is proportionate with their allies strength. Now don't go trolling on me. The same too applies with India or Israel as well.

End of the day the strongest are the West particularly the US/France/UK/Germany and Russia.
