What's new

Whatever

I have seen pre-diabetes reverse, but it all depends on the kms you walk and how you build your muscles.

@Adam_Khan is a doc and there was one more ....

1.5lt soda? You trying to fry your pancreas, and kidneys in one go?
Yeah I know bro, been drinking sodas and smoking since years now.

Just checked blood sugar level and its normal at 122.

Seems case of extra sensitivity to sugar, to spike like that.

I would recommend try avoid sugary drinks as much as possible (more solid dessert treats etc are fine from time to time, since you combine with regular foods better)...the work/effort you put into forgeoing it now, will pay off in long run for sure.

Avoiding direct sugar drip like soft drink (empty sugar carbs to extreme at real high concentrate intensity in one go) is the easiest bang for buck return on early mitigation for sugar level control....and give more buffer to your body from going into insulin resistance etc....to delay that stage as much as possible or even cancel it altogether.

Please do consider it bro....along with as much regular exercise as you can do.

Diabetes or not, going from what you have said thus far, you need to improve your habits.

You're only 30 dude.

But, the good part is, if you modify your behavior, you will make a difference.

Go to a doc and get this checked out.

And then implement a healthier lifestyle TODAY.

If you do, InshAllah 30 years from now you will thank yourself.

I reported myself for trolling.

Honestly, I don't give any chance to Indians. It doesn't matter how crowded they are, I know my people lol
