this years Ramadan is a very failed Ramadan for me . i could not take part in all the Tarabi salat this year which never happens like this and so many wrong doing

what if some one breaks his fast intentionally before the usual fasting time?- What is the punishment and what he should do next?- Kufara? How and what?-

:… جو شخص روزے رکھنے کی طاقت رکھتا ہو اس کے لئے روزہ توڑنے کا کفارہ دو مہینے کے پے درپے روزے رکھنا ہے، اگر درمیان میں ایک روزہ بھی چھوٹ گیا تو دوبارہ نئے سرے سے شروع کرے۔

۲:…اگر چاند کے مہینے کی پہلی تاریخ سے روزے شروع کئے تھے تو چاند کے حساب سے دو مہینے کے روزے رکھے، خواہ یہ مہینے ۲۹، ۲۹ کے ہوں یا ۳۰، ۳۰ کے، لیکن اگر درمیان مہینے سے شروع کئے تو ساٹھ دن پورے کرنے ضروری ہیں۔

۳:… جو شخص روزے رکھنے پر قادر نہ ہو وہ ساٹھ مسکینوں کو دو وقت کا کھانا کھلائے یا ہر مسکین کو صدقہٴ فطر کی مقدار کا غلہ یا اس کی قیمت دے دے۔

۴:… اگر ایک رمضان کے روزے کئی دفعہ توڑے تو ایک ہی کفارہ لازم ہوگا، اور اگر الگ الگ رمضانوں کے روزے توڑے تو ہر روزے کے لئے مستقل کفارہ ادا کرنا ہوگا۔

۵:… اگر میاں بیوی نے رمضان کے روزے کے درمیان صحبت کی تو دونوں پر الگ الگ کفارہ لازم ہوگا۔

قصداً رمضان کا روزہ توڑ دیا تو قضا اور کفارہ لازم ہیں
