Actually I found many Vietnamese vloggers speaking very standard Chinese on YouTube, actually I intend to ask you guys about it.
Maybe they sold out to the chinese audience and forgot their mother tongue :(:(😭

I also believe they do it to get more viewership, China has over a billion online population. but still their speaking Chinese amazes me, better than many Chinese.

Half of my Viet friends are fluent in Mandarin. There is a very large Chinese ethnic diaspora in Vietnam, but the semi-educated folks in that group all speak Cantonese I believe. Educated Viet folks speak standard Mandarin as they are taught Mandarin in school/college.

Vietnamese culture (especially in the diaspora to the US) have strong elements of Chinese ethnic culture.

Why is she speaking Mandarin tho?
As I recall, there are 1.2 million Chinese-Vietnamese in Vietnam.

The name "Xinjiang" comes from the name given to the new territory by the Han Dynasty Emperor Liu Che when he expelled the Xiongnu people in 138 B.C. and explored to the west.

138 B.C!

There are many videos on YouTube that change the title to Chinese even though the content is in other languages.

clickbait , you tube only see how many time the play is clicked , it don't care if you watch it or close it immediately.
another interesting case is Indian channel that try to make content in English and because of their accents its nearly impossible to understand what they are saying , fun fact if they use computer generated voice , its a lot better
