Your own link says she was in China from April 2017 until 2018. A span of at least 7 months. She had been married and living in Egypt previously and was in China to visit her mother...but ended up stranded in limbo in China for months. Your own link says only when she renounced her Chinese citizenship was she allowed to leave with an Egyptian passport.
