There must have been a deal to allow Assad M5 and perhaps later M4. Problem is the Turks got hit in an area that Assad shouldn't have taken (for the moment). Once M5 operation is over I think that Turks will start an operation to take full control of Idlib from HTS. That is why SNA members have been making way to Idlib because it makes no sense them coming to area that HTS expelled them before. Taftanaz military base is in the making, this will not be just a military observation post.
Also once M5 is clear, i think that PKK will be removed this side of the Euphrates.

They were a tweet yesterday about reinforcement being a bit late from Idlib...because they didn't have enough Vehicules left to use... therefore many were marching from Idlib to Saraqib area...

- Most importantly Jews have a very strong lobby in Russian economy and politics so Russians will never hurt their Israeli daddies.

- Israel has a stronger Air Force than Turkey and a much better trained and equipped Military in general which they know how to use.

- Their state leadership has the balls to act with strength instead of only shouting Huloooggg in front of their domestic audience.
