The right of US Citizens are guaranteed by US Constitution, which mean the only way you can change that is to go thru amendment, which mean you need to go thru Courts, Congress and Senate.

Those people Trump wanted to deport was not US Citizens, those are permanent resident applies under protective status, they can deport those, but if he started to deport US Citizens, he would have violate the constitutional right of the Citizens. I can come up to Trump and shit on his head, he can have the police/secret service arrest me and send me to jail, but he cannot deport me anywhere outside United States.

American people had already met a nasty surprise in 2016, so you can't underestimate Trump.

lol, I am not underestimating trump, I know the US legal and political framework, he cannot go alone and declare change to Constitution. that is not one of his power, and the only one that can give him that power is to congress to nominate a change in law, and senate agrees and the court rule that is constitutional.

There are not much power being a US President, the power come from Senate and Congress, in fact, the president power is to veto (saying no) Senate and Congress, he can neither make policy nor discuss or change policy, that is what senate and congress is for.

And you have underestimating the US Constitutional System.

I am half Hispanic, not Spanish. In fact, if you have to count, I am quarter indigenous American, quarter anglos and half Chinese.

Again, as you did hear my accents, you know I was extensively educated in Chinese and that can only be done with full circular schooling in China and/or Hong Kong. I used to believe in Chinese Government or I will not spend more than 20 years of my life living in China/Hong Kong on and off, and I am probably more "Patriotic" than yours, and once upon my time I have defended the position of mainland China before all the chaos in mid 1990s.

The problem is, I don't see how this is changed from Chinese Government replacing the British Government since turn over. Even today, mainland Chinese does not think Hong Konger is Chinese, why we have two systems? Why we have two identity and why we have two Passport? Not to offend you, but the situation in Hong Kong is not the same as yours in Singapore. We are a legal part of China, yours aren't still we were treated like second class citizens, so what's the different now than say under British rules? The only difference I see if the color of the ruler, that's all.

I see a lot of lies, coverup and indecision leading to I just give up and move to the US, I mean, if I want to be a second class citizens, why not go back to the one where I was born in?

You may not know, but I study Chinese history and culture in Chinese University of Hong Kong before I left, if you are into discussing Chinese poetry, I can give you a call and we can talk hours on end about that, but yeah, call me disillusion, jaded, or whatever you want to call me, that is how I think about the Chinese government.
