I am wary of your government jungle style regulation when it comes to money because you in need of cash. For us, any damage caused during riot, our government will foot the bill because we can and have fairness. This is why many foreign companies, even Japan despite we riot against them, want to set up in China because of our guarantee insurance to their asset and security.
