中国驻日使馆发侨民登记通知 紧急时便于援助
Chinese registration notice in Japan, emergency aid by China embassy

为海外侨民提供领事保护是中国驻外使领馆的重要职责。为在发生重大突发紧急事件时及时联系侨民并提供协助，最大限度地保护侨民的安全和利益，大使馆决定自即日起开展侨民自愿登记工作。大使馆将依法妥善保管并使用登记人员相关信息，严格保护登记人员个人隐私。

登记方式如下：


一、登录大使馆网站（“领事服务”栏“表格下载”项）下载或在大使馆领事部办证窗口领取《在日中国公民自愿登记表》。

二、按要求填写登记表。

三、通过领事部办证窗口（工作日9:00-12:00）、传真（03-3403-5447）、电子邮件（lsb@china-embassy.or.jp）、信件（邮编：106-0046，地址：东京都港区元麻布3-4-33，中国驻日本大使馆领事部领侨组收，请在信封注明“侨民登记”字样）等方式递交。

望广大侨胞理解并积极参与侨民自愿登记。
