It’s about a neighbourhood that can become a headache that too after celebrations of triumph. Ignoring an important country touching the Afghan border may sound good on a forum but may play out differently on ground.

Don‘t start blaming India later if things don’t work out.

Better option :- Sit with Iran right now and sort it out before it gets too mucky.

Iran's largest English Newspaper (Tehran Times) and self-claimed largest news agency (Mehr News) don't publish such stories (to maintain plausible deniability?!) but their verified twitter handle keeps spewing venom against Pakistan. It's highly unlikely that it happens without Mullah regime's tacit approval

But State allows a media outlet which claims to be Iran State-Affiliated Media; to peddle fake news continuously? I mean, there should be an official shut-up call for the propaganda news given the relations between both countries. For any Pakistani, it will be used as an official go ahead to blame Pakistan. The other day, Ahmedinijjad was investigating something against Pakistan which is not even a fact in first place. Before that, it was the same Tehran Times blaming Pakistan for Panjshir fall. I hope you are getting the point that in this time of propaganda & media warfare; the late response & any official statement rejecting such baseless claims, wouldn't be enough given the damage by fake news as such.

The state allows them to state their opinions which mostly represents ideas of the author. All in all Pakistan is a big Player in Afghanistan and its really hard to hide. Some people would admire it, some other would criticize it, maybe they blame many things on Pakistan. Doesn't really matter as far as Pakistani actions do not defy Iranian national security.

My response to the ones that opposed Taliban Take over asking for Iranian military action against them, is, i don't reaaly care. Talibs so far have successfuly managed to destroy ISIS in the country simultanously fought Americans. That's what ensures Iranian national security not bunch of American puppets in Panjshir.

These media outlets cannot affect state policy, they just represent national parties such as Reformists.

The question is why is Iranian State affiliated Media quoting Fake Factor Patil?
They're thousands of newspaper reporting millions of thing and yet Tehran times chose to quote most bogus story from least credible source.

It’s not about what they quoted. It’s about why they quoted a story which they know would be outrageous from Pakistan’s POV.
