Unlikely. Nothing can be printed in the State Media without the approval of the current regime in Tehran. This is the way the powers that be let outsiders know of their concerns without issuing an official statement.
Tehran can become a spoilsport in the current development in Afganistan from Pakistan’s pov. Considering that Iran’s border abut both Pakistan and Afganistan these voices emanating from Teheran can’t be brushed under the carpet as suggested by quite a few FMs here.

Pakistan Govt sure knows this and must be at it to ensure that it is addressed.
