not iranian media. if i recall correctly it was their media.Iran claimed the little Qaher could somehow carry two two-thousand-pound bombs and six air-to-air missiles—but the airframe simply did not have enough space to carry them all.
if it was only refurbishing then why northrop sued us for reverse engineering f-5 (azarakhsh)??It has refurbished the rusting hulks of old F-5 Freedom Fighters into twin-vertical stabilizer Saeqeh fighters, reverse-engineered their J85 turbojet engines, and created a variety of viable capable drones.
The Cockpit Was Too Small to Fit an Average-Height Human Being
Unless that person was a dwarf
Nozzles help a jet not melt itself when engaging afterburners. Furthermore, the jet intakes seem too small as well.
so what's the point of author?? he is trying to prove that he is a dickhead???The new jet now has a cockpit that can fit a full-sized pilot, two turbojet engines with exhaust nozzles so as not to melt itself
yeah ok so why you were so afraid of it and pushed russia to leave the project?? also shafaq had two rd-33 engines and it was supersonic.more convincing fake subsonic stealth fighter called the Shafaq—revealed in 2014 to be a mock-up made of wood
well sebastien, dude eat shit and don't talk about what you have zero notion.Sébastien Roblin holds a master’s degree in conflict resolution from Georgetown University and served as a university instructor for the Peace Corps in China. He has also worked in education, editing and refugee resettlement in France and the United States.
Are you sure they could only fly on on a truck & it's just photoshoped?Ofcourse. You guys are no better than Indians. Parading around jets that cannot fly except that one is doing it on a truck, and the other is trying to get it on the truck
u know what can fly though and didn't have to be photoshopped onto a background like in ur pic?
https://i.redd.it/a0exvjyh4wx11.jpg
Edit: look at dem wings vaping
are you aware the jet was using a non after-burning engine that produced around half the power of an F-15 (without afterburner)? However, it's aerodynamic structure is so bad that it actually was unstable, very unstable, and required constant automatic management by a computer system and software. To know how more bad, despite being a sweptback design with twin engine and only the size of perhaps a falcon tomcat, the jet's speed was only 0.8 mach at high altitude even, yes... It couldn't break the sound barrier.
only if you knew, its stable but its terrible from Aerodynamic point of view. the "Triumph of trust over Aerodynamics" was not designed to intercept fighters , when they designed it they had only one thing in mind , intercept USSR nuclear Bombers over Pacific before they reach USA or US Navy.F4 Phantom looks okay
Are you sure they could only fly on on a truck & it's just photoshoped?
& on remote controls :
Flight Lab: Inside the Model Plane Shop Where NASA Flies the Future
You may think the phrase "Every big idea has to start small" is just a saying. NASA takes it literally. Engineers can’t just build a revolutionary plane and stick a pilot in it, much as they might want to. So in the 1950s, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration started up a model shop, formally dubbed the Subscale Flight Research Lab.
In a competition for coolest job in the world, this group of talented craftspeople rank pretty high. Even NASA test pilots—the folks flying real planes—stop by the lab to cast envious glimpses of the projects they work on.
The model builders construct a vast range of planes, gliders, and drones, some small enough to fit in your hand, others spreading 20 feet in wingspan. They take the remote controlled aircraft out onto the dry lakebed at NASA Armstrong, in California, and put them through some extreme tests. Sometimes they survive, and often end up pinned to the walls of the lab. Sometimes they don’t.
Everything the engineers learn leads directly into the next generation of air and spacecraft. It was models built by the lab that finally convinced NASA officials that a 'lifting body', wingless aircraft could safely fly. Then they built the Space Shuttle.
In the video above, lab chief Red Jensen gives us a look at what they’re currently up to, from testing backup systems for planes whose pilots lose consciousness, to the futuristic wing shapes that could enable flight on Mars.
So please stop "And exactly testing a mini version for what? Just stick it in a wind tunnel and bam." or truck crap for yourself.
where is yr solaimani? he was supposed to attack us along with joint indian israeli attack on Pakistan on 27 feb. i wonder what happened and why he chickened out
is what yr excuse? Pakistan was already fencing that border for years whats new in this report??Well , Pakistan fulfill what we asked them to do , so there is no need to make any hard stand .... and as any sane people know making Threat is the last resolve before doing anything ....
Suleimani threaten Pakistan and now after decades Pakistan agreed to manage her border with Iran .... so in my eyes , his threat was pretty successful ...

Gen. Soleimani Cautions Pakistan to Stop Terrorists along Borders with Iran
http://fna.ir/brx2q7
"We have always offered Pakistan help in the region, but I have this question from the Pakistani government: where are you heading to? You have caused unrest along borders with all your neighbors and do you have any other neighbor left that you want to stir insecurity for," General Soleimani said on Thursday, addressing a ceremony in the Northern Iranian city of Babol in Mazandaran province.

Islamabad: In order to de-escalate tensions with its neighbour in the west, Prime Minister Imran Khan’s administration plans to fence 950km of the border linking Pakistan’s Balochistan province with Iran’s Sistan and Baluchestan province.
I really didn't want to make this kind of post but you asked for it ...
Their state controlled media most definitely implied that it is not a RC model for testing.
And exactly testing a mini version for what? Just stick it in a wind tunnel and bam.
Just cheap propaganda attempt by Iran, nothing more.
1. I think you don't know what implication means. Let me inform you. Implication means something they meant to get through to the masses through careful editing, without directly saying it.
2. There is no point in testing a small RC model except for how well it fairs in aerodynamics and flight, and since dimensions along with other force factors including material composition change, its not a great way and would involve more calculations; you can use wind tunnels instead and make your job much easier so this obviously was a public stunt.
3. Oh, trust me. That thing won't enter service ever. That design is straight up bad from an aerodynamic and stealth point of view, it will neither go fast nor be able to dominate any aerial maneuver against others with those wings.
That cockpit frame and frontal design is the very definition of everything gone wrong in stealth designing of a jet.
The design of the jet's frontal and main wings don't align at all with the jet's back and vertical stabilizers.
It is horrible in fact. That thing is purely meant to look mean and is for propaganda.
You look so brave ... And seems you don't give a single shit about the future events !
Bro, you are wasting your time with the brain dead zombie. He is famous for spreading mullah propaganda and starts insulting anyone who would ask a logical question. So it would be better to ignore this troll.1. I think you don't know what implication means. Let me inform you. Your replies for the past, what? 10 posts? can be summarized as follows:-
"You know nothing. You don't have any clue. Stop replying. Meaningless!"
Yes, only mullah regime has clues
