they are playing for cementing their position in the team. we dont have any world class batsman in the team. babar just qualifies to be called as a batsman but he is not a match winner.

If Amir bowls his usual 3 - 40 type spell then he makes a 300 score good as 320, or 280 good as 300.

anyway, they're stepping on it now, 320 looks possible from here
