India just deployed its military in Siachen to save it from Pakistani illegal occupation on the reports of intelligence. If India had not deployed it , Pakistan military was ready to climb up, with their arctic suits brought from England.

No matter what, it is proved India violated Shimla pact & altered the LOC which was not allowed according to Shimla Pact. So Shimla pact is nullified now.

Shimla agreement pertains to LOC "neither side shall seek to alter LOC unilaterally, irrespective of mutual differences and legal interpretations" (which btw you tried and failed during Kargil)

LOC does not run through Siachen, it was up for grabs to whoever got their first, which btw you tried too, but unfortunately (for you) were a day late and a dollar short.

The agreement converted the cease-fire line of December 17, 1971 into theLine of Control (LOC) between India and Pakistan and it was agreed that "neither side shall seek to alter it unilaterally, irrespective of mutual differences and legal interpretations".

Well Kashmiri freedom fighter leaders says that India is bringing in Indians disguising them as Kashmiri Pandits, they welcomed Kashmiri Pandits but not Indians. This could be true as Indian govt has said that they will revole article that prevent Indians from living in IOK/Maqbooza Kashmir.

It was part of Kashmir & India occupied it back stabbing Pakistan. Therefore Shimla is nullified.

India learnt about Violating Pacts/Resolutions from Pakistan. Pakistan didn't hold Referendum as per UN Resolutions. Further, it violated them by waging in wars with India...By similar logic - Kashmir is no longer Disputed Territory...
