I think they made the right decision.why they risk their lives for Pakistan! We did one huge mistake. This clause of playing final in Pakistan must be in the contract awarded to PSL players. Because there is no such clause, there is no way you can force them to play. It is PCB mistake.

Final should not happen in Pakistan after the Lahore carnage. It is too risky and as we have witnessed, there are absolutely no guarantees.
Until we don't remove the scourge of potential Afghan refugee attackers, close the border and remove all homegrown as well as foreign fighters along the border area we cannot guarantee anything. This is nothing, but the bitter truth.
