Yes indeed. But that time of change is almost upon us, Current ACM will be retiring in the coming march. We will be hearing about the changes in the coming months.

Air Marshal Hasseb Parachca is the current favorite to be the next ACM. But he is currently 5th on the seniority list which means if he becomes ACM then he will supersede 4 air marshals. In that case, he will have to induct 5 new air marshals which is like assembling a completely new tier of top leadership.

Hopefully, things will turn out to be the best for Pakistan and PAF.

Personally and it does not reflect on the accomplishments and capabilities of others, the rest are as capable and maybe even better for the job. I'd go for Jawad Saeed.

Hi how long before they announce the air chief Marshall promotion before retiring the current one I believe it’s not a big deal for airforce promotion for a chief like a army general to keep it that close to their heart if possible to answer
