Our biggest curse is being neighbors with such tribal jahils. We need to have an active policy of partitioning afghanistan into multiple states. That is the only solution- khorasan for tajiks, hazarastan for hazaras, whats left would be pashtunistan whete we can deport all ttp/ptm folks.
