That may be an over-kill of information at the moment. As far as I see, this is not just about embarrassing Indians but there are lot of more factors to be kept in view, hence, further information may not be released. Provided information as well as memorial and all, are good enough & I assume someone from within India will slip it sometime.

I have seen many Russian in my life during my Hotel career and the pin looks absolut like a Su-57, notice the Russian flag colours of his Necktie suits perfect to him! By the way, analysing the mimic and gesticulation of all military attaches, the Chinese were the only military attaches which paid over 100% attention to this event/stage, from what I could see in the 2 hours show!

the Russians were also paying attention they had their headphones throughout except during CAS speech that was in english.

12 Mirage M2ks for bombing and 8 SU-30s with escort formation. PAF successfully intercepted them that is why only four of them made it cross the LoC but had to run for their lives. It was further success in regard to defending & denying that despite being 20 ship formation including 8 MKIs on escort/Air Support; PAF denied them effectively that escort was helpless by all means. On next day, PAF demonstrated as how the CAP is being done.

Thanks for clarifying. Were all 12 intending to attack balakot or do we know if they had multiple targets? I get a feeling things could have been very bad indeed if it wasn't for PAF's successful disruption operations that night.

We got approval for only 2 so we shot down only 2 ...if we had approval of 9 they were all at our mercy..... Here i am fully agreed with sir @mastan khan, it was best chance to shot down half dozens of indian jets.. We wasted the opportunity

There intention was in-fact for maximum damage & being deluded to media rants; didn't expect us attentive that much. They tried to intrude from 4 different locations and 20 ship formation was from north/Azad Kashmir. If IAF had to attack with only 4, they wouldn't bring 8 extra M2Ks for target practice. PAF did an amazing job therefore, said on many occasions that we were ready, we intercepted, we denied and made them to run for their lives. What those 4 IAF M2Ks done is all on record even by International Observers.
