No Visa Free regime for Bangladeshis to India.

Employment visa to India must have a minimum salary of USD 25,000 with the exception of (a) Ethnic cooks, (b) Language teachers (other than English language teachers) / translators and (c) Staff working for the concerned Embassy/High Commission in India.

That's about 15lakhs....lots of jobs in India in that range.

What big gap?

BD GDP/capita is nearly 1200 dollars now. India is a little ahead and BD will surpass within a decade since multi-ethnic India will always be economically inefficient
