It is really easy. Their funders can just buy thousands of Toyotas if needed, then they bring them to Saudi, Iraqi border, and the rest is captured by IS. The easier solution, is just buying Toyotas in Iraq. In many parts of Iraq, people love these cars, and they can easily purchase them for really cheap prices. No hostages needed for it!!!
