List the most difficult subjects of ACCA, and reason why they are difficult. I thought that it was pretty straightforward.

Most aren't as difficult as they are boring as hell !

P2 - Difficult because those Complex Consolidations make your head go in ! And because its the advanced most Financial Accounting exam so most of the examination on your application to different Standards to complex scenarios is anything but straight-forward !

P5 - Love it ! Bad arse Financial Management !

P7 (Advanced Audit & Assurance) - I never know whether I answered that correctly or not !

Because the scenarios are really...really well written & both intensive & extensive !

F6 & P4 - Taxation - Boring as hell ! I flunked it once because I couldn't be arsed to study that BS !

So ACCA is tough but very doable & if someone lags behind then it usually their fault !

Myself for example - I've lagged behind because I hated every moment of every day of my classes & I didn't study, sometimes not at all !

I read some where about few muslim names having Randhawa as sirname and here in punjab we too have sikh jatts who are randhawa and many other sirnames too who are same in muslims or in sikhs

There is a difference between SOME MUSLIMS BEING named (Randhawa) so and so and SOME MUSLIM NAMES (Like Huda and so on...)!
