Is there any limitation on at least where your publication should be done I mean Impact factor wise. In India, you need 5 publications in international journals or total of 10 Impact factor is some states, varies according to others. In masters, I had 3 journal papers but didn't go for PhD as I had to take credit courses.

Make a target, sending One paper each month, that's how you can avoid all these delays in review time, revision etc. One paper of mine took over 1 year just for rejection.

1 paper a month? Exactly what am I to write in it? Junk? 1 mth mein itni research data kahan hoti hai to publish?! At least not in molecular science or genetics! I mean we need atleast 6 mths of lab work and 2-3 mths of analysis to get some data worth publishing!
