bro ifr can will be fitted on all bl-1 fighters
bl-2 will have
kjl-7v2 radar
and
ws-13 engine
if we see structural changes which will be mirror diff

there may be no visible difference b/w Blk1 & 2, but I believe you must be aware that Blk-2 incorporate different 'Smart Weapons Avionics' and PAF already have at least 8 such aircrafts.
