there is so much confusion regarding the max speed,pay load ,weapons integration of jf 17

Some of the confusion is intentional, but most of it is due to problems in actually delivering the initial estimates of performance.

why is it that 2 air crafts are from 1 squadron and the third one from another...

20-22 being from black spider and no 25 from panthers

No. 16 & 26 are sister units, located at the same airbase, one aircraft is for static display while the other two will perform air displays......as for the serial numbers, it's obvious that by 2010 at least 25 JFTs had been produced, add another two years and it' not difficult to calculate as how many aircraft are in service now. !!!
