They (USAF) most certainly have it.
It's called LOAL = Lock On After Launch

In which it explains how Link-17 can be utilized to implement LOAL for the PAF.

Where the article say that Karakuram eagle has the capability to guide PL-15 sir, the article only say tha JF-17+Karakuram have able to detect enemy target hundreds of Km away with Link-17

Data links has limited capability (speed+ information transfer rates MPS/S or GBs/S) to transfer any useful data on PL-15 seeker for guideness

Capability lies in the Tactical Data Link (TDL) which connects all PAF and military assets in a single network. Both Erieye AEW&CS and Karakoram Eagle have been configured with Link-17. As have been most of it's front-line Fighters apart from the F-16's.

SD-10A has had data link capability from day one.

But other Jet can't guide that missiles because launch jet is guiding BVR ( Mid course updates)

All launch parameters are transferred to the buddy platform, be it another fighter or an AEW platform, the MFU is then governed by the letter platform.
