Iran Considers JF-17 Thunder Purchase from #Pakistan

iranians are playing double game.On the 1 hand they are fighting USA,on the other hand they are friends with one of US's major allies 'the indiots' and indiots's very close ally is israel which they are also fighting against so what's the point of keeping but preferring relations with indiots over Pakistan despite the fact that they have no boundary with the country of monkey rapists and no cultural relations+the spy of the rapist monkeys also came from iran who is 'kulbhoshan jhadav'+most of the enemies of Pakistan are supported by iran..
a lot can be said about them..
by your definition everyone is playing a "double game", Russia has good ties with Israel, Iran and KSA for example.

India is an important ally for Iran because they import a lot of Iranian oil and because of Chahabar port. Pakistan prefers to import oil from KSA.

There are many cultural relations between Iran and India. North India was formerly Persia and a lot of similarities in culture and language. You don't know about the Taj Mahal and Shah Jahan?

Because we don't share a land boundary with India it doesn't make sense to have relations with them? So the U.S. should only have relations with Canada and Mexico?

The Islamic Republic of Iran Air Force is considering the purchase of Pakistani-made JF-17 Thunder fighter jets to progressively replace its ageing F-14 and MiG-29 fighter jets.

According to Muzammil Hatami, officials of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps announced an upcoming deal with Pakistan for an purchase of JF-17 Thunder fighter jets during the IDEAS 2018 exhibition.

“IRGC [Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps] general giving remarks (to induct JF17 Thunder next year in Iranian air force fleet) after visiting Pakistan made fighter jet JF-17 Thunder fighter at 10th IDEAS exhibition in Karachi Pakistan,” said Muzammil Hatami.

Iran has long been in search of a replacement for its ageing 3rd generation fighter jets. After decades of financial and technological strangulation, Iran trying to rebuild its air force.

Shortly before, Iran counted to sign a contract with Russia to buy the Sukhoi Su-30SM fighter jets. But because of the influence of the United States and several European countries, the deal never took place.

The option of buying JF-17 Thunder fighter jets is perfect for Iran and it is quite possible that a contract for new aircraft may be signed in the near future.

JF-17 “Thunder” is a multirole fighter developed jointly by the Pakistan Aeronautical Complex (PAC) and the Chengdu Aircraft Corporation (CAC) of China.

The JF-17 can be used for aerial reconnaissance, ground attack and aircraft interception.

Russia isn't the neighbour of Pakistan nor does it share any cultural/religious relations with Pakistan.Pakistan could also import oil from iran if iran would have good relations with us and you can't blame Pakistan because you are doing the activities like indiots's spy 'kulbhoshan jhadav' came from your soils so it urges us to not purchase oil from you.
Who is stoping you from doing trade with them but to do the activities which are harmful for Islamic ummah with them isn't good..

Hi,

There is no reason to sell to Iran---.

There is no reason to not to sell to Iran. Correction.

But news is a speculation because Iranians were too much interested and were asking many question about the jet and the spent most of their time around JF-17.

This is the person who came from Iran

From his uniform I think he is air force but Iranian members here can help more.

if this news is even true which i highly doubt,JF-17 might be capable of replacing IRIAF's MiG-29 fleet but it is not suitable to replace the F-14 fleet.

I agree, I reckon if they do go for the JF17, its most likely to replace the F4, F5, J7, Su22, Su24 and Su25s, Iran has over 150 of these ageing fighters.
