India has largest number of poors , India has 3rd largest number of billionairs , these are just numbers. What Matters is this fact that an Average citizen in India has better living standards than Pakistani

The links are obscure & are negated by the fact that power outages in Pakistan have been at a premium since 2001 due to the WOT which has now ended. The onset of CPEC and other similar initiatives will change that paradigm. Especially in terms of resource comsumption and production.
