Dosa is regular food for southern India, while its special dish for Nothern India. I remember my childhood, we use to get excited when parent use to take us for Dosa treat. (I spent my 19 years in Notheren India_)

It's not about leftovers, but about what was available. In that time only 2nd British STOVL carriers were available as an alternative and IN wanted more capable carriers, which made the Gorshkov as the only option. Yes we are able to develop such a carrier as well, IAC1, but the idea was to have Vikramaditya already in operational service and to train pilots and crews till IAC1 will be ready. Didn't worked out as planned and there is no doubt about that Russia is the main winner of this deal, but we had no other option.

With the world's second largest economy and world's biggest ship building industry, it's just a piece of cake to build more advanced toys.

Vrayag is supercarrier while vikadi is mid size carrier. Do you know that sister ship of vikadi is in china? one was bought directly from russia, second was bought via korea. The vrayag was bouht thru ukraine. so alltogather Chian has bought 3 carriers from russia, one supercarrier, and two mid size carrier.

china must have learnt most pc the ting bout carriers, they should come up with carrier now.

Varyag is not a super carrier, not by a long way. The Nimitz and Ford class are super carriers. The Kuznetzov is a mid sized carrier.

This is a 2011 estimate, and China's share has fallen further in 2012. China was briefly no. 1 during 2008 to 2010 due to increase in the sales of cheap small and mid sized vessels, which China majors in............However their current production is of basic vessels only ........
And if China had the capability to build a Carrier by itself, then why did it buy Varyag??
