Indian LCA Tejas Or Pakistani JF-17: Who Is Winning The Malaysian Fighter Jet Contract?

It's not Tejas vs JF-17 but presicely a sales pitch for selling Tejas.

There are countries which have both access and can afford the likes of Rafales or Typhoons but still go for latest versions of F-16 Vipers.....reason, unlike the others the American jet is tried and tested ....same could be said for JF-17 Vis Tejas.......apart from being operated by at least 3 countries as of now, the JF-17 in it's brief history has had both combat experience with satisfactory results.....also it has made impact at all the major airshows around the globe.

What do you illiterate m@fos can create on your own apart from the paint job?
Do you think a chinese piece of shit assembled and painted in a shit hole nation is a big deal? Go learn and collect the facts about India's advancements over the 70 years since independence and how pussystan watching those awfully and helplessly.
Feel shame about yourself being a native of pussystan which has no technological base or nothing self sustainable to progress as a nation but to beg before almost all nations across the world.
If Tejas took so long to develop , it's still almost 52% indigenous and conceived and developed in India.
You m@fos can only brag about the hardware in your possession which is made elsewhere. Have some shame dickmouth gaylord.

Haha...someone did lit a fire under you advance a$$, we know all of you advancement so go brag it to someone else. a 20th Century Air force did even know where their planes are flying to...abhi abhi please come back

Bharati Lungi is on Fire.

Where is Uttam at , and how much T/R Modules does it possess against KLJ 7 A ?
Uttam is operationally ready, it has 783 T/R Modules in Tejas MK1A. Don’t know about KLJ-7A, please tell.
Tejas have design flaws its too small for its wing design, it will bleed more energy then JF-17s.
Tejas’s Design is excellent and has demonstrated its manoeuvres in flight and all and tested extensively by ADA and HAL.

KLJ-7A has 1000+ When equipped on the Thunder, according to the NRIET. I’m guess it depends on the usage.
Uttam will not be seen in a Tejas in service until at least 2025. The first squadron of MK1A is expected to be inducted in 2024. That squadron will have Israeli radars. KLJ-7A is already present on JF17 Block 2 and on 3s by the end of this year.
What’s the SAR mapping Resolution of Uttam?

Also Tejas has the lowest aspect ratio of any modern fighter that’s in service. A bad aspect ratio means poor lift vis-a-vis drag. Though that is generally an issue in all pure deltas, it is highly apparent in the Tejas. Even more so than the old Mirage 3/5 and F1.

1000+ T/R Modules can’t fit in a nosecone of JF-17 unless the radar uses GaN based T/R Modules. Plus Delta and Midwing have their own advantages and disadvantages.

Yes they can, NRIET showed so, Zhuhai Airshow 2016.
Delta and Midwing wasn’t really my point, the Tejas aspect ratio is the poorest among all deltas too, Mirage F1 slightly suffers in that regard from having a delta design, Tejas suffers a lot. Also 0.94 T/W ratio as compared to 1.06 on Thunder B3.

Acha yahan sb aisy lerh rahy Hain keh jaisy sbko pakka pta Hai keh Malaysia Kia lyga.
What if Malaysia doesn't buy either?

Well T/W Ratio depends on how much payload and fuel you carry there’s no particular T/W Ratio of an aircraft.

Maybe, but they have an RFI released. They will buy it.

How many OEMs in fear of sanctions etc, we are looking at in case of Tejas for Malaysia?

Tejas’ export variant uses Indian made avionics and radar, even our own MK1A will use it too which we’ll export to Malaysia if they select it.
If Israeli avionics become an issue for Malaysia...and India offers its own equivalents(including the radar)...
...that basically would mean a re-evaluation of the jet by Malaysia...not to mention some additional time for development and testing(from the Indian side). Clearly if the Indian equivalents of those avionics were ready to go...India wouldn't have acquired it from foreign sources...which means they are not ready at the moment.

So if Israeli avionics are a problem for Malaysia...then Tejas is as good as dead for export to Malaysia...unless they are willing to wait and re-evaluate.
