Ban Pakistan. Cricket is already not a very international sport like Soccer. Only 10 nations play it, if we consider West Indies to be a nation. South Africa was banned at one time. They got back. Same with Pakistan. Despite your wishes, Pakistan can't be banned. Cricket can't afford it. We are a major Cricket nation.

The reason for the decline of cricket in Pakistan is not corruption, but something that happened in Lahore in 2009. Your real major export, terrorism, killed international cricket in Pakistan.

You can't expect to be taken seriously when your country cannot host an international match due to fear of gun trotting, rocket wielding murderers. When you can't host matches, and can't contribute any moolah, what treatment do you expect? He that pays the piper picks the tune.

We would not need to ban Pakistan from international cricket, it would do this honor itself if it does not agree to the new format.

As of now Pakistan decided to abstain from voting, if it decides to vote against it, ie not agree to play by the new format it would have isolated itself and with no country remaining to play with.

Even Sri Lankan cricket boards Nishantha Ranatunga said he would now discuss the proposals with his board and try to get an approval.

Pakistan has no option but to agree to the new format or stop playing international cricket altogether, the only difference is when PCB capitulates, it would walk away nothing this, as oppose what it could have gotten, had it been little smarter.

Seriously I am losing interest now and its better if these two country just boycott international cricket and let england, aus and india playing against each others over and over again..cricket without these two country will be boring at least for asian fans

Not really. Yes we have suffered due to such issues. But decline is not the right word. We won Asia cup after that attack. We have T20 WC after that attack. Beaten India on its home ground in ODI's. Beaten South Africa on their home ground. In fact first ever asian team to do that. Beaten many other teams after that attack. Yes we lost in terms of revenues but on the cricket field. We performed very well. In fact much better than some obvious home track bullies.

Sports are important. They bring prestige for the country. However I would have been more worried if Pakistan would have been an important soccer playing nation and this would have happened in FIFA. In fact if this can result in forcing Pakistanis to concentrate on other sports, I am perfectly fine with that. A bronze medal in Olympics is more important than anything in cricket.
