Accidents happen in all navies you are a military professional I guess you must know this well.
India operates a large navy. Surely accident will happen.
13 incident since 2014 for such a large navy is acceptable and they include even minor fires inside ships.
But yes I agree major incidents like ins sindurakshak & Mumbai dockyard should have been prevented.

Now you need stealthy inspection team using stealthy techniques to make a stealthy report of stealthy damage then publish in stealthy media to be read by stealthy officials who will propose stealthy measures for stealthy prevention of any future stealthy fires.

It took 6 hours because of smoke in narrow corridors preventing determination of fire source.

Exactly, if it's a small fire, some sort of supression system would have been activated, it won't take 6 hours.
