So USA had some good president, for example: Clinton, Bush(old)...and USA also had some bad president, for example(only my opinion): Bush(young), Obama...But the China National policy is very stable.

Wall Street can control USA gov through the media.

How dare you talk about the former minister that way? He worked his way up by being in the railroad system all his life, long before Jiang was anywhere close to being in power. He started as a technician and crawled his way up to being minister. It's far better than the CEO of China Nuclear Corp, college educated and sold the country out to France!

Yes, the railway minister is a scandal. Does that mean CPC not good job? No!

When a country became rich from the poor, There will be money worship and corruption. Only a sound legal system and a prosperous life can solve this problem.
In history. Only one country put an end to corruption, when it in the poverty. When China led by Mao Zedong, it is poor, but no corruption.
