The state which I belong to never came under any Islamic or british rule, how can you say then Islam ruled in India? North East of India remained totally untouched, Tamil Nadu, Kerela was under Verma Rule. Maharashtra was under Marathas without any Allaiance. More than 35% of India was not under Islamic rule. Kashmir Itself had a Hindu Raja.
