As I read news on Indian Army lack of bullet proof jackets it made me curious to know about Pakistan Army. So guys please tell which bullet proof jackets we are using How good they are and also Helmets and knee and Arm.pads

Bulletproof vests have been designed to cover activities leading up to a full tactical body armour vest for operational situations.

Seems like you want others to know the capabilities.
You got my point. I debate with Indians on FB so want to have knowledge so I can answer points and don't look dumb when it comes to defence matters.
