@what is right it's not like accepting a NATO candidate. What atatwolf says apply for all articles of NATO except for the Articles 4 and 5, which are the ones we know as 'all for one, one for all', and to give an example for the other one, the 4th chapter, is the request of defence assistance. (ex: patriots are deployed under NATO's article 4)

Yalquzaq looks like an awesome rifle. It looks very similar to JNG-90's of Turkey as well. Is it a licensed production or an indigenous product?
PS. their specifications are also very similar to each other as well, such as their cartridge, muzzle velocity and range.
