During World War 2, a total of $50.1 billion (equivalent to $656 billion today) worth of supplies (land-lease) were shipped, or 17% of the total war expenditures of the U.S, where $1.6 billion went to China.

Total USA assistance to WW2 China is $2 billion. That is around 2 billion taels of silver. (银两)

Let us do some comparison. PRC always claim these indemnity is the culprit of China's backwardness.

1) Treaty of Shimonoseki 马关条约 indemnity 450 million taels of silver
2) Boxer Protocol 辛丑条约 indemnity 200 million taels of silver

But USA has given China 3 times the amount China being ask to pay to aggressor.

WWII era USA and present-day USA are two totally different beasts. The former had a relatively sensible, isolationist policy, only inserting themselves into world affairs when Imperial Japan launched the attack on Pearl Harbor and Nazi Germany followed suit by declaring war. The latter is a sociopathic hegemonist empire that is looking to suppress all rivals and remake the world through eternal war and color revolution. That is very literally the content of the Wolfowitz doctrine.

We have never demanded that the USA pamper us or treat us "the best", whatever that means. But at a minimum, the USA must respect our sovereignty, the sanctity of our internal affairs, our territorial integrity, and stop emboldening its prostitute states around our periphery to encroach on our territory. This is the most basic level of obligation that a sovereign state owes to another.
